BOSANSKI LONAC – Najbolji starinski ručak.

SASTOJCI

1 kg junečijeg mesa
500 gr krompira
3 kašike ajvara
2 glavice luka
3 čehna bijelog luka
2 mrkve
2 crvene, 1 žuta paprika
peršun
lovorov list
so, vegeta, biber

1 kilogram of beef
1 liter of water
500 grams of potatoes
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
2 carrots
2 red, 1 yellow pepper
parsley
Laurel leaf
salt, vegetables, pepper

PRIPREMA
Najprije izrezati sve sastojke meso, krompir, luk, mrkvu, paprike, peršun. Onda postepeno dodavati u šerpu začiniti i posuti vode, prekriti folijom i staviti da se kuha.

Kuhati bosanski lonac 2h na tihoj vatri.
